Hej friends,
A few weeks ago, I announced my first sewing test for the cat doll “Miss Kitten,” and several people responded wanting to be a part of it! I was not only pleasantly surprised but also a bit overwhelmed, as I went into it like a newly hatched chick, with no direction and only a half-formed plan.
But the universe was on my side, and the wonderful Sonja from The Crafting Café sent me a detailed message with valuable organizing tips! Sonja has a lot of experience in this area, and she’s not shy about giving up her time and giving advice to others. Check out her blog; there are lots of great posts about sewing. My test sewing group was filled with really friendly girls who gave me tips and tricks right from the start and helped me through.

Thanks also to everyone who sewed so diligently and put so much love and creativity into their Miss Kittens and Mr. Kittens! It’s an incredibly wonderful feeling to see what adorable rag dolls the girls have sewn from my pattern! So there’s a lot to celebrate today!
The doll pattern and sewing instruction for “Miss Kitten” is finally finished, in German and English, and now our finale can take place!!

So that she doesn’t have to be alone, Sylvia sewed a cute brother for the kitten Miss Minki, the cheeky tomcat Carlo!

I’m so excited about all the sweet Miss and Mr Kittens! Each rag doll is simply magical, and it’s so nice to see that they all have their own unique personality!
